Privacy Policy
Updated on September 30, 2026.
Your trust matters. This policy explains what information Unlimited Agility ("we," "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email address, company, and message. If you book a consultation, we also collect the details you share to schedule it.
Purchase information. When you buy a product, our ecommerce provider handles your order and payment details. We do not see or store your full credit card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics tools may collect technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and how you found us. This is often done with cookies. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
Reply to your questions and requests
Deliver products and consulting services
Manage purchases, billing, and appointments
Send service messages, such as receipts and scheduling updates
Understand how people use our website, so we can improve it and our offerings
Prevent fraud and keep our site secure
Send news or offers, only if you have agreed or the law allows it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our analytics tools collect data about your visit. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing." You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser or by emailing us.
3. Who We Share Information With
We share information only as needed to run our business:
Service providers. These are companies that help us with website hosting, forms, scheduling, email, payments, and analytics. They may use your information only to do their job for us. Our ecommerce provider also has its own privacy policy that covers the payment details you give it.
Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our business, or others.
Business changes. If we merge with, sell to, or are bought by another company, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.
Artificial intelligence tools. We may use AI tools to help with tasks like transcribing meetings or drafting replies. We do not use your information to train public AI models.
Where your information is stored. We operate mainly in the United States and Canada. Our service providers may store or process data in either country, or in other countries. When this happens, we take steps to protect your information as required by law.
4. Retention and Your Choices
How long we keep information. We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal and tax duties, and resolve disputes. For example, we keep purchase and billing records for at least six years for tax purposes. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Ask what information we have about you and get a copy
Correct information that is wrong
Ask us to delete your information
Limit certain sharing of your information
Withdraw consent you gave us earlier
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, your provincial privacy authority, or your state attorney general.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our site may not work as well if you do.
Marketing emails. We send marketing emails only with your permission, or where the law allows. Every message has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.
5. Security, Children, Changes, and Contact
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Still, no online service can promise perfect security. If a breach puts you at risk, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children. Our website and services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors from other countries. Our products are available online, but we mainly serve customers in the United States and Canada. If you live elsewhere, you may have different rights under your local laws. Email us and we will do our best to help.
Changes. We may update this policy as our practices change. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top and, when appropriate, let you know by email or a notice on our site.
